Refund and Cancellation Policy

Mablos Plus is committed to maintaining transparency regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Course Enrollment

Students are encouraged to carefully review course details, eligibility requirements, duration, and fees before completing payment.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the official communication channels of Mablos Plus.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be evaluated based on the nature of the course and the services already delivered.

Generally, refunds may not be available under the following circumstances:

  • Course access has been granted

  • Training sessions have commenced

  • Study materials have been delivered

  • Digital content has been accessed or downloaded

Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Transferability

Course fees and payments are non-transferable between students unless specifically approved by Mablos Plus management.
